Here, the road follows the meanders of a raging river and crosses a succession of spectacular passes, villages with unexpected influences, and high mountain landscapes.<\/p>\n<p>On the <strong>Route des Grandes Alpes<\/strong>, each bend reveals a different setting: alpine panoramas, hamlets with Mexican architecture, dizzying gorges, and even the highest road in Europe. Jausiers<\/h3>\n<p>A small, unique village, <strong>Jausiers<\/strong> is distinguished by its houses with colorful, Mexican-inspired facades.
