General information about the hotel
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Can I arrive late at night?
Yes, it is possible to arrive in the evening or during the night by informing the reception in advance.
Can I access my room earlier or keep it later?
Early Check-in or Late Check-out are possible subject to availability and for an additional fee. Please contact us 24 hours before your arrival.
Does the hotel have a coworking space?
Yes, a MyWo Coworking space is accessible all day. Meeting rooms can also be reserved.
Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, our historic manor has been adapted to welcome guests with reduced mobility. We have accessible rooms and an elevator serving the main floors.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at the hotel and in the restaurant (excluding the Spa area).
Access, parking & mobility
Is parking available on-site?
The hotel has a private parking lot with 50 spaces, several of which are equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles.
How to reach the hotel from Embrun train station?
The hotel is about 5 minutes by car from the station. We can provide taxi contacts or directions for a 15-20 minute walk uphill.
Is there a bike or ski storage room?
Yes, a secure room is available with bike racks, locks, maintenance kit, and charging for electric bikes.
Are there hiking trails accessible from the hotel?
Yes, a hiking trail starts about 10 minutes away on foot and leads to the Durance river and the Embrun lake.
Rooms & amenities
Do the rooms offer a view of the lake?
The rooms offer views of the surrounding mountains and the valley.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Some rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Our team can guide you according to your preferences.
Do the rooms have a minibar?
Rooms are not equipped with a minibar, but the hotel can store your food or medication in a cool place upon request.
Can an extra bed be added?
Some Superior rooms can accommodate a third person, for an additional nightly fee.
Do you provide baby cots and childcare equipment?
Yes, we can provide a travel cot free of charge upon request (subject to availability). We also have high chairs in the restaurant.
Dining & half-board
How does half-board work?
Half-board includes an à la carte starter/main course/dessert dinner and a buffet breakfast.
Is the restaurant open for lunch?
The restaurant is open in the evening. A brunch is offered on Sunday lunchtime outside the summer season.
Is a reservation required for Sunday Brunch?
Yes, reservation is highly recommended, as the Brunch is very popular with both local and resident guests.
Can I book a table with a mountain view?
In summer, the terrace offers a panoramic view of the Durance valley and the Les Orres massif. You can indicate your preference when booking.
Nuxe Spa & wellness
What does Spa access include?
The Nuxe Spa includes a heated indoor pool, an outdoor Nordic bath, and a sauna.
Is Spa access included with the room?
One hour of access is included per night booked. Access is also complimentary with any treatment of 45 minutes or more.
Do I need to book a time slot?
Yes, booking a time slot is necessary to ensure an optimal experience.
Do you provide bathrobes and slippers?
Yes, for each Spa access, a kit including a bathrobe and bath towel is provided in your room or at the Spa reception.
Are swim shorts allowed?
For hygiene reasons, only classic swimwear is permitted. Swim shorts are not allowed.

Do you organize professional or private events (weddings)?
Yes, with our vaulted rooms and our park, La Robéyère is the ideal venue for your seminars, weddings, or family celebrations. A dedicated events service will assist you.
Can you prepare a surprise in the room?
Yes, it is possible to have flowers or champagne delivered, or to organize a special attention before your arrival.
